Rankovate provides communications strategy, editorial support, media planning, distribution coordination, placement support, and campaign reporting. The exact scope, schedule, deliverables, and price are defined in the applicable proposal or written confirmation.
Clients must provide accurate information, lawful materials, timely approvals, and all permissions required to use supplied names, trademarks, claims, images, and other content. Content must not be misleading, infringing, defamatory, unlawful, or designed to manipulate markets.
Media outlets remain independent and may edit, delay, reject, label, remove, or decline content under their own policies. Unless expressly stated in a signed proposal, Rankovate does not guarantee traffic, rankings, investment, token performance, audience response, or permanent publication.
Fees and payment schedules are confirmed before work begins. Additional scope, urgent changes, or replacement materials may require a revised fee or timeline. Amounts committed to third parties or work already completed may be non-refundable, subject to the applicable proposal and law.
Clients retain ownership of materials they supply. Upon full payment, clients receive the rights stated in the campaign agreement for final deliverables created specifically for them. Rankovate retains its pre-existing methods, systems, templates, tools, and general know-how.
Each party should protect non-public business information received through an engagement and use it only for the agreed work, except where disclosure is authorised or legally required.
Media outlets, payment providers, analytics services, and other third parties operate under their own terms and policies. Rankovate is not responsible for third-party platforms, outages, policy changes, editorial decisions, or content outside our reasonable control.
Services are provided with reasonable care, but the website and third-party availability are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Rankovate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Any aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Rankovate may pause or terminate work for non-payment, unlawful or deceptive content, abuse, security risk, sanctions concerns, or material breach. Provisions intended to survive termination—including payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, and liability terms—remain effective.
The governing law and dispute process stated in an applicable signed agreement take priority. Otherwise, applicable law determines those matters. We may update these website terms prospectively, with the latest revision date shown above.
